Receipt of the "reservation request" form does not constitute an agreement on our part.
ARTICLE I : Application of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment "Chalet Annapurna". These general conditions of sale are sent to the customer at the same time as the quote / contract to enable him to make his reservation. Any booking therefore implies that the customer fully and unreservedly adheres to these conditions to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectus, commercial documents, etc.
ARTICLE II : Reservation - Down Payment
The customer must confirm his reservation before the date of end of option by mail or email accompanied by a deposit payment by check or bank transfer equivalent to 30% of the amount of the stay. In the absence of payment, the chalet will not confirm the reservation and will not guarantee the availability of reserved spaces / rooms.
Will be paid a second deposit of 50% of the total amount 1 month before the date of arrival.
Failure to pay this second deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the first deposit.
ARTICLE III : Organization of the reservation
- Rooms: The rooms will be available to beneficiaries from 16h and must be vacated on the day of departure before 10:30. Exceeding this period may result in the billing of an additional night.
- No-show: The "no-shows" (services ordered not canceled) will be charged on the basis of the entire stay.
ARTICLE IV : Modification of benefits
Any request for modification of the services in relation to the reservation made, must be addressed in writing to the establishment. The modification can be accepted and confirmed only according to the availabilities of the establishment at the time of the request.
ARTICLE V: Total or partial cancellation
The change of date of stay is considered as a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the cancellation conditions.
Up to 30 days before the start date of the stay and whatever the reason, it will be retained 30% of the price appearing on the contract.
Less than 30 days and more than 10 days before the start of the stay, it will be retained 80% of the price of the stay.
Less than 10 days to 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, it will be retained 90% of the stay.
After this period, the reservation becomes a "no-show" (service ordered not canceled or canceled within 24 hours of arrival), the full amount of the total stay will be requested.
Notification of cancellation must be made by registered mail with A.R (date of receipt as proof).
No refunds are allowed for late arrival or early departure.
Partial cancellation :
Within the limit of 5% of the planned workforce, no penalty.
Above 5% of the planned number, the conditions are the same as for a total cancellation.
ARTICLE VI: Organization and Accommodation Conditions
The chalet has 14 rooms with 4 or 6 beds for a maximum total of 65 beds.
All rooms will be occupied in maximum capacity. No request for single (except bus driver), double, can be taken into account.
Each room is equipped with shower and sink. The toilets are on the landing, except rooms of 2 and 3 people equipped with WC in the bathroom.
Room cleaning is provided by the provider on arrival and departure of the client. Sheets are provided (beds not made), the towels are not.
Meals can be taken in the form of a packed lunch provided you have requested the day before 2 pm.
Meals not taken are not deducted from the bill.
The provider will make available to the customer: 1 ski room, 1 heated shoe room.
The chalet and the ski locker are closed each evening with a code that changes every week.
ARTICLE VII: Price
The prices indicated are all taxes included, at the rate of 10% VAT since January 1, 2014. Any variation in the VAT rate will be reflected in the sales price including tax.
Rates confirmed on the reservation request are firm until the end date of the option exercise. After this period, they are subject to change depending on economic conditions. The applicable tariffs are then those in force the day of the realization of the service.
Our prices include *: * Depending on the service requested, excluding specific conditions applied to groups, excluding promotions.
-The accommodation in a family room (from 2 to 6 beds), the rooms are awarded exclusively by "Le Chalet Annapurna" according to the composition.
-Restaurant full board (dinner, overnight, breakfast, lunch) or half board (dinner or lunch, night, breakfast,), drinks not included. Possibility of complete and varied food baskets, in conformity with the hygiene standards in force until the delivery to the customer (Our responsibility can’t be committed beyond this discount. Customer must ensure the conservation in the optimal conditions until consumption).
-Tourist tax (included in our rates): According to the texts in force, for any stay made in our structure, you must pay to the municipality, through us, a visitor's tax. From 1 December 2015, it is 0.83 € / night / person for people aged 18 and over.

ARTICLE VIII : Modality of settlement
The price settlement conditions are divided as follows:
The deposit will be deducted on the final invoice, for the period originally planned. The balance invoices are payable on the day of arrival. Unless otherwise stipulated, no payment deadline is granted. The payment of extras (bar, drinks ...) requested to the participants, will be provided by the participants concerned before their departure.
Are accepted: cash, checks, transfers, and checks holidays.
Any delay in the payment of the stay may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the vacationer can take advantage of this cancellation.
Holidays: Our structure is approved by the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (ANCV). Holiday vouchers come directly from the stay. They must be sent to us as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, the holiday checks can’t be returned.
ARTICLE IX: Insurance - Damage - Breakage
The client must take care of his property and materials. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation of which it would be at the origin. It is responsible for all the damage caused by its intermediary and undertakes, in case of degradation of the places made available, (room, common areas such as living room, refectory etc. ..) to bear the costs of rehabilitation .
"Chalet Annapurna" is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items on its premises. In the event of litigation resulting from the interpretation of the present contract, the parties will be able to seize the competent court of Grenoble.
Multiple-risk insurance professional : "Chalet Annapurna" has subscribed to AXA France IARD a MULTIRISQUE PROFESSIONAL insurance in accordance with the provisions of articles 20 and following of the decree n ° 94 490 of June 15, 1994 taken under the law n ° 92 645 of July 13, 1992. The insurance covers the consequences of the civil liability (RC), that Annapurna Chalet and the participants during their stay can incur because of the bodily injuries, material and intangible consecutive caused to a third party occurring during or during activities organized by the establishment.
The provider certifies that the accommodation has been approved by the DDCS for the reception of minors: 38-253-10-11
ARTICLE X: Recommendations
The client will ensure that the participants do not interfere with the operation of the establishment or the safety of the institution and the people therein. The chalet is a place of conviviality that can accommodate several groups of people. As such, each person and group of people agrees to respect the calm and operation of the cottage: meal time, cleanliness inside and outside the cottage; clearing tables. All rooms will be empty of waste, paper and packaging.
Pets They are not accepted, except exceptional derogation.
Cigarette : For the well-being of all, all the premises of Annapurna are completely non-smoking.
The common rooms can’t be used as an off-bag room without the agreement of the officials of the chalet.
Rates are published subject to printing error or omission. Only the prices mentioned on the quotes and / or invoice have a contractual value.
"Chalet Annapurna" reserves the right to pass on these prices any economic, regulatory or tax developments.
Published photos have no contractual value.
